At the heart of Alisia Jane is a synergistic philosophy - the belief that carefully chosen natural elements can complement one another to create a more considered and holistic self-care experience.
We bring together botanical ingredients, essential oils and gemstones, selecting each element with intention and purpose. From the properties of plants and the aromatic character of essential oils to the beauty and symbolism of gemstones, we believe there is something special about bringing nature's elements together in harmony.

Our Story
Our journey began in 2003, when I was first introduced to a different way of thinking about the products we use every day.
A colleague of my husband, along with his wife, introduced me to a direct-selling company whose products focused on avoiding many of the harsh industrial chemicals, sulphates and synthetic ingredients commonly found in mainstream personal care products. At the time, I had no idea just how much this introduction would change the way I looked at the products in our home.
Through this experience, I gained valuable knowledge. I began learning about ingredients I had always assumed were safe simply because they were so common. That knowledge stayed with me and sparked a lifelong passion for understanding what goes into the products we put on our bodies.
Around the same time, my 10-month-old son was beginning to show signs of eczema. I decided to remove the shop bought personal care products from our home. I spent a lot of money at the time buying the alternative products.
The change in my son’s skin was remarkable to us. Within days of changing the products we used, his skin had cleared, and that experience reinforced something I had already begun to feel strongly about: what we put on our bodies matters.
From then on, I became increasingly conscious of the ingredients in our everyday products and made a point of seeking out simpler formulations without unnecessary synthetic ingredients.
Where Alisia Jane Began
Years later, my passion took on a new form through my daughter.
She became interested in acrylic nail extensions, and I saw first hand the condition her natural nails were left in afterwards. I wanted to find something that could help care for and restore the appearance of her nails, so I began researching ingredients, studying formulations and testing different products.
After months of experimenting, we founded Alisia Jane and created our first two products: Alisia Jane Nail Oil and Alisia Jane Cuticle Balm.
The results on my own nails genuinely surprised me. Within six weeks, I noticed such a significant difference in the length and condition of my nails that I had to adjust the way I used my hands. My nails had grown far beyond what I was accustomed to, and I was amazed by how much a simple, thoughtfully formulated nail care routine could change their appearance.
That experience led me even deeper into ingredient research. I began making more and more of our personal care products at home - not only for myself, but for my family and the people I love. With every formulation, I became more passionate about creating products that were thoughtfully made, carefully considered and free from ingredients I personally choose to avoid.
Why Alisia Jane Exists
Alisia Jane was born from that passion. What began with a desire to care for my family's skin, nails and bodies has grown into a commitment to creating personal care products we genuinely love using ourselves.
We believe personal care should be about more than simply looking good. It should be about understanding what you're using, choosing ingredients intentionally, and creating everyday rituals that make you feel good about caring for yourself.
